• After work has commenced, no refunds will be provided for work already completed.
2. Cancellation by ARP Group LLC
• Right to Cancel: ARP Group LLC reserves the right to cancel any project if the client fails to meet their obligations, such as providing necessary information or payments on time.

5. Custom Conditions and Terms
• We understand that each project may have unique needs. As part of our commitment to flexibility, we will work with you to include any custom conditions and terms in our agreement, as you prefer. These conditions are fully discussable to ensure they meet your specific requirements.
6. Dispute Resolution
• In the event of a dispute regarding cancellation or refund, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation or mediation before pursuing any other legal action.
